The deposit and all the company's rights title and interest in the deposit to the bank by way of first fixed charge and as beneficial owner as a continuing security for the payment and discharge in full of the secured liabilities.. Definitions. " deposit" means all monies for the time being and from time to time standing to credit of and the benefit of the debt............ "Rent account" means the account to be opened in the name of the company by the company with the bank's belfast office bearing account number 313/725145/01 and any account which may from time to time be opened by the company with the bank in substitution for such account or otherwise pursuant to the provisions of this security.. "Security" means the security created by this deed.
