All that and those the premises demised by a lease dated 22 december 1998 and made between (1) gerald mccormick and (2) mccormick properties PLC and therein described as "all that piece or parcel of land situate at glendermott road in the townland of clooney, parish of glendermott and county of the city of londonderry as more particularly shown on the map attached hereto and thereon edged red and known as site 7 waterside centre, glendermott road, londonderry together with the buildings and out offices erected and standing thereon and having postal address "goshaden house", 1 waterside centre, glendermott road, waterside, londonderry" save and except for that part of the said premises as was assigned by a deed of assignment dated 5 november 2008 and made between (1) mccormick properties limited and (2) the department for regional development, and the charged property being edged in red on the attached plan.
