Brief description
First all that and those the lands and premises situate at and known as ebrington centre, glendermott road, waterside, londonderry situate in the townland of clooney, parish of clondermot, barony of tirkeeran and county of londonderry as were comprised in a deed of conveyance dated 1ST day of july 2021 and made between international school for peace studies limited (1) and the chargor (2) together with all rights, easements and appurtenances referred to therein; and second all that and those the premises known as "rochester's", ebrington centre, glendermott road, waterside, londonderry, county londonderry as were comprised in a deed of assignment dated 1ST day of july 2021 and made between rochesters enterprise limited (1) and the chargor (2) held under a lease dated 28 day of august 2015 and made between the international school for peace studies (1) and rochesters enterprise limited (2) for the term of 9,000 years from the date thereof subject to the yearly rent of £0.05 and to the covenants and conditions on the part of the lessee therein contained.. Subject to but with the benefit of the following leases :-. (1) lease dated 29TH september 2004 maydown youth training project LTD (1) vodafone limited (2) for the term of redacted from the date thereof subject to the yearly rent thereby reserved and the covenants on the part of the lessee and tenants therein contained;. (2) lease dated 21ST march 2013 international school for peace studies limited (1) waterside theatre company limited (2) for the term of redacted from 1ST day of december 2018 subject to the yearly rent thereby reserved and the covenants on the part of the lessee and tenants therein contained;.
