Brief description
The bank as security trustee for the secured parties absolutely all of its rights title and interest in and to the rental income of the property known as 29, market square, dromore, county down and hereby charges unto the bank as security trustee for the secured parties by way of first fixed charge all sums of money standing to the credit of the reny account (as hereinafter defined in the deed of assignment of rents and charge on rental account).
