Brief description
Charge over the rental account over the land and premises situate at and known as 38, 40 and 42 bank street belfast as are comprised in folio an 198776 county antrim. The assignor as beneficial owner as continuing security for the payment and discharge of the secured obligations hereby assigns unto the bank as security trustee for the secured parties absolutely all of its rights title and interest in and to the rental income subject to the right of redemption hereinafter contained, provided that nothing in this sub clause or elsewhere in the deed shall constitute the bank as a mortgagee in possession.. The assignor as beneficial owner as continuing security for the payment and discharge of the secured obligations hereby charges unto the bank as security trustee for the secured parties by way of first fixed charge all sums of money standing to the credit of the rent account from time to time together with all securities, rent deposits and other sums standing to the credit of the rent account and any interest from time to time accruing thereon.
