Brief description
Our whole right, title and interest in and to the rent and all other monies due and to become due to us in terms of the leases being (I) lease between don holdings (NI) limited and one stop stores limited, dated 17 july and 18 august and registered in the books of council and session on 1 september, all months in 2015; (ii) lease between don holdings (NI) limited and co-operative group food limited dated 14 and 30 may and registered in the books of council and session on 10 july, both months in 2018; and (iii)lease between don holdings (NI) limited and C.J. lang & son limited dated 16 december 2016 and 22 february 2017 and registered in the books of council and session on 28 april 2017 as such leases may be amended, varied, supplemented or the tenants' interest thereunder assigned from time to time, such rent and other monies to include, for the avoidance of doubt and without prejudice to the foregoing generality, arrears of rent (if any) existing as at the date of the said assignation of rents, increased rent as may become payable following a review of rent, any value added tax which is or may become payable under the leases in respect of rent, all interest as may be payable from time to time on such rent under the leases and any sums payable under the leases whether by way of service charge, reimbursement of common charges, insurance premiums, management fees or otherwise.
