All that and those the lands buildings hereditaments rights and premises formerly known as 21 social and now known as the thirsty goat, waring street/ hill street, belfast being all the premises comprised in two leases; lease 1 being dated the 1ST april 2010 and made between john donnelly (1) and linen room leisure limited (2), and later transferred to the mortgagor by a deed of assignment dated 16TH march 2017 between linen room leisure limited (1), the mortgagor (2) and john donnelly (3), and lease 2 being dated the 24TH october 2017 and made between john donnelly (1) and the mortgagor (2); as amended, varied, renewed or replaced.. Together with the intoxicating liquor licence attaching to the above-mentioned licensed premises issued, subsisting and/or maintained in accordance with the licensing (northern ireland) order 1996, as such licence is amended, renewed, varied or replaced from time to time.. Together also with the assets, undertakings and goodwill of the business carried on upon the above-mentioned licensed premises and all fixtures and fittings therein.
