Brief description
As a continuing security for the discharge and payment of the chargor's liabilities (as therein defined), the chargor as legal and beneficial owner charges to the bank all present and future freehold/leasehold property and any rights attaching thereto by way of fixed and floating charge as more particularly described in clause 3 of the debenture.
