Brief description
By way of fixed charge all the freehold and leasehold property of bellevue service station LTD (present and future) including all the land comprised in land registry folio AR112404L county armagh and that part of the land comprised in land registry folio AR112748L county armagh which is comprised in a transfer dated 25 may 2017 and made between brian kelly and brian gerard kelly (the above named registered owners) of the one part and bellevue service station LTD of the other part together with all buildings fixtures (including trade fixtures) and fixed plant and machinery from time to time thereon;. Together with the leasehold interest in the 6 year occupational lease dated 03 april 2017 and made between brian kelly of the one part and bellevue service station LTD of the other part in respect of the off-licence premises known as unit 3, 60 antrim road, lurgan, co. Armagh;. Together also with the intoxicating liquor licence attaching to the above-mentioned licensed premises issued, subsisting and/or maintained in accordance with the licensing (northern ireland) order 1996, as such licence is amended, renewed, varied or replaced from time to time.
