All that and those the lands buildings hereditaments rights and premises situate at and known as the linenhall bar, 11-13 townhall street, enniskillen, co. Fermanagh being all of the lands comprised in an indenture of conveyance and transfer dated 23 january 2017 and made between jd wetherspoon PLC (1) and jeeves wr LTD (2) which includes:. (I) all of the lands and premises comprised in an indenture of conveyance dated 30 july 2001 and made between cleenish inns limited (1) and jd wetherspoon PLC (2) registered in the registry of deeds on 3 december 2001 with serial number 2001259061;. (ii) all of the lands and premises comprised in land registry folio number FE5168 co. Fermanagh; and. (Iii) all of the lands and premises comprised in a lease dated 1 february 1998 and made between paget computer systems limited (1) and cleenish inns limited (2) part of which has been registered at the land registry with folio number FE8422L and part of which is subject to an application for compulsory first registration which is pending with application number 2016/809396 and has been allocated a provisional folio number of FE94574L and/or any resultant folio should the two aforesaid folios be merged and allocated a different folio number.. Together with the intoxicating liquor licence attaching to the above-mentioned licensed premises issued, subsisting and/or maintained in accordance with the licensing (northern ireland) order 1996, as such licence is amended, renewed, varied or replaced from time to time.. Together also with the assets, undertakings and goodwill of the business carried on upon the above-mentioned licensed premises and all fixtures and fittings therein.
