Brief description
All that and those the lands buildings hereditaments rights and premises as more particularly detailed in the occupational lease dated 27 october 2022 _and made between (1) washington house unlimited (formerly washington house limited) of the first part and (2) clover pubs NI no.3 Limited of the second part (“the lease”) being a demise of that part of the premises comprised in folio AN108262 county antrim, known as washington house, 14-18 high street, belfast, BT1 2BD together with all of the premises comprised in folio AN250113 county antrim known as whites tavern, 2-12 winecellar entry, belfast and as more particularly set out at the second schedule in the lease together with the benefit of the rights and easements specified therein but excepting and reserving as therein stated. Together with the intoxicating liquor licence attaching to the above-mentioned licensed premises issued, subsisting and/or maintained in accordance with the licensing (northern ireland) order 1996, as such licence is amended, renewed, varied or replaced from time to time.. Together also with the assets, undertakings and goodwill of the business carried on upon the above-mentioned licensed premises and all fixtures and fittings therein.
