Brief description
As a continuing security for the payment and discharge of the secured liabilities the borrower as beneficial owner assigns to the bank absolutely, subject to a proviso for reassignment on irrevocable discharge in full of the secured liabilities the benefit of the jct IC2016 intermediate building contract 2016 dated 2ND june 2020 made between (1) the borrower and (2) martin & hamilton limited in respect of the acceleration and refurbishment and phase 1 fit out of the templeton hotel, templepatrick, and all rights in connection with them, for further details please refer to the certified copy security assignment of contractual rights.
