Brief description
All that property situate at and known as the ferguson centre, 57-59 manse road, newtownabbey, county antrim, BT36 6RW and comprising:. 1. first, all the lands and premises comprised in land registry folios AN164010L and AN225480L both county antrim;. 2. second:. A. all those parts of the lands and premises comprised in and demised by a lease dated 1 july 1966 and made between (1) ferbro estates limited and (2) F. T. ferguson & co. (Builders) limited, for the term of 8,900 years from 1 july 1966 subject to the payment of the yearly rent of £200 thereby reserved and the covenants on the part of the lessee and conditions therein contained, as are shown shaded blue, green and yellow on the map attached to the instrument; and. B. all that part of the of the lands and premises comprised in and demised by a lease dated 29 october 1964 and made between (1) david bryson, robert bryson and james byrson and (2) glenabbey estates limited, for the term of 9,000 years from 1 november 1963 subject to the payment of the yearly rent of £782 thereby reserved and the covenants on the part of the lessee and conditions therein contained, as is shown shaded pink on the map attached to the instrument,. Which are currently pending registration at the land registry of northern ireland under application number 2023/97963 and assigned designated folio AN276230L county antrim; and. 3. third, all estate, rights, title and interest which the owner holds in the land shown edged red on the map attached to the instrument save for any estate, rights, title or interest described in paragraphs 1 and 2 above,. Together, being all the lands and premises comprised in and transferred, assigned and conveyed under a deed of assignment and transfer dated 20 december 2021 and made between (1) ferguson estates limited and (2) herbel restaurants limited.
