By way of fixed charge all rights title and interest of the limited liability partnership in and to (I) the benefit of the relevant specified syndicate reinsurances not otherwise expressed to be charged by the debenture or by any other document under wich security is given and (ii) the benefit of any letter of credit, guarantee, deposit or security issued in respect of the performance of a reinsurer’s obligations thereunder see image for full details.
