By way of legal mortgage any property listed in the schedule to the debenture and by way of legal charge any properties acquired by quantum law LLP (OC340971) (the "LLP")after 1ST july 2016. a legal charge over all the LLP's present and future patents, rights to inventions, copyright and related rights, trade marks, business names, domain names, goodwill, rights in designs, rights in confidential information (including know how) and all other intellectual property rights whether registered or unregistered and all applications and rights to apply for to be granted renewals or extensions of and rights to claim priority from such rights and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection which subsist or will subsist now or in the future anywhere in the world together with all fees royalties and other rights derived from or incidental to these rights.

Floating charge covers all the property or undertaking of the company.
