Brief description
The chargor charges by way of legal mortgage: the property described opposite its name in schedule 1, part 1 (the property), being the freehold land known as land at the rear of the barn owl public house, kingskerswell, aller road, aller mills, newton abbot, devon, TQ12 5AN forming part of the land registered at the land registry with title absolute under title number DN398174 and identified on the plan at appendix 1; and any other freehold or leasehold property now vested in the chargor.. The chargor charges by way of fixed charge each of the following including all rights of enforcement of the same: (a) to the extent that they are not the subject of a legal mortgage under clause 3.2 (mortgage) above, all freehold or leasehold property now vested in it; (b) its interest in any freehold or leasehold property acquired after the date of this deed; and (n) its intellectual property rights, present and future..
