And a small portion held for 10,000 years indemnified against rent. 2) plot of ground on north west side of beersbridge road, belfast. Held for 9999 years from 1/11/1873 at rent of #30.10S0 and subject also to yearly rent charge of #45.15S.0D. 3) small portion of ground at beers- bridge road, belfast. Held for 9000 years from 1/11/1889 at rent of #2.10S0D 4) ground rents of #111.2.8 issuing out of east bread street, belfast. Held for 9000 years from 1/5/1891 at rent of #77 with all buildings now erected there on and the benefit of all ground rents issuing out of lots 1, 2 and 3 above.
