All monies. Deed of covenant the mortgaged premises (being the ship M.V. "ballygarvey", the insurances the earnings of the ship and requisition compensation as defined in the deed of covenant). The said deed of covenant contains a covenant by the company that the company will not mortgage or charge or otherwise assign the ship or any part of the mortgaged premises or suffer the creation of any mortgage charge or assignment to or in favour of any per- son other than the bank. The said deed of covenant contains a covenant by the company that the company will not with- out the previous consent in writing of the bank sell agree to sell or otherwise dispose of the ship or any share therein.
