All monies. Mortgage the lands and premises situate at and known as 234/242 ormeau road in the town land of ballynafeigh parish of newtown- breda barony of castlereagh and county down being part of the hereditaments and premises comprised in and granted by an indenture of fee farm grant dated 20/11/1877 made between christopher black of the one part, henry martin and john martin of the other part (registered in the registry of deeds, dublin in 22/12/1877, book 53 no 185) held in fee simple subject to the yearly fee farm rent of #250 thereby reserved and to the covenants on the grantees part and conditions therein contained. The company therein covenanted that it shall not and will not create a second or subsequent charge of the charged premises without the prior consent in writing of the bank.
