All monies a northern irish debenture. In the debenture the company as beneficial owner as security for the payment and discharge of the secured oblgiations has:. (A) granted and demised in favour of the security agent as security agent for the secured parties so much of the real property specified in schedule 2 part a of the debenture as is freehold to hold the same unto the security agent for the term of ten thousand years from the date of the debenture subject to the proviso for redemption contained in the debenture.
