All and whole the tenant’s interest under the lease between (1) the city of edinburgh council and (2) the fruitmarket gallery dated 25 and 31 march 2020 and about to be registered in the land register of scotland in respect of all and whole the premises at 36-39 and 45 market street, edinburgh, shown outlined in red on the plan annexed and signed as relative to the said lease, which premises comprise (in the first place) all and whole the ground floor premises known as and forming 36 – 39 (formerly 25 – 28) market street, edinburgh and the first floor office premises known as 36 (formerly 24) market street, edinburgh, which subjects are registered in the land register of scotland under title number MID185581, and (in the second place) all and whole the premises known as and forming 45 (formerly 29) market street, edinburgh, forming part and portion of the subjects more particularly described in, and shown within the boundaries coloured red on the plan annexed and signed as relative to disposition by railtrack PLC in favour of the city of edinburgh council dated 10 december 1999 and recorded in the general register of sasines for the county of midlothian on 15 august 2003.
