Brief description
All and whole the southern portion of the subjects known as and forming verdant works, west henderson's wynd, dundee, DD1 5BT comprising the property lying in the town of dundee within the parish thereof and shire of forfar more particularly described in the disposition by james thomson in favour of alexander thomson, archibald thomson and charles thomson as trustees therein mentioned dated twenty fifth february and recorded in the general register of sasines applicable to the county of forfar (now angus) on the twenty third march, both months in the year eighteen hundred and ninety three; together with (one) the company's whole right, title and interest in and to the buildings on the subjects hereinbefore described and the fittings and fixtures therein and thereon; (two) the whole parts, privileges and pertinents effeiring thereto; (three) the company's whole right, title and interest, present and future in and to the said subjects hereby secured;.
