All and whole the picture house, hall street, campbeltown being all and whole that piece of ground extending from hall street to shore street in the former burgh of campbeltown and county of argyll described in and delineated and edged pink on the plan or sketch annexed and subscribed as relative to disposition by mrs jeanie mceachran or mcqueen with consents therein mentioned in favour of the picture house, campbeltown, limited dated twelfth may and subsequent dates and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines applicable to the county of argyll on fourteen june all in the year 1921; under exception of all and whole that building comprising and known as the kiosk, hall street in the said former burgh and county together with the solum. Thereof being the subjects described in and disponed by disposition by the said the picture house, campbeltown limited in favour of campbeltown community business limited dated 23 and recorded in the said division of the general register of sasines on 26, both days august 1993; together with the buildings erected thereon, the pertinents thereof and the company's whole title and interest present and future therein and which subjects are currently undergoing registration in the land register of scotland under title number ARG20479.
