Brief description
All and whole the subjects being: (1) the plot of ground at whitehill industrial estate, bathgate and registered in the land register of scotland under title number WLN7600 and (2) that area or plot of ground at whitehill industrial estate, blackburn, west lothian extending to 17,272 square metres (185,918 square feet) and more particularly described in the disposition by mrs (distribution) limited in favour of the company dated 30 november and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines for the county of west lothian on 28 december, both months in 1989, which subjects are shown tinted pink on the plan annexed and executed as relative hereto ("plan 1") together with free ish and entry from and to the subjects disponed by the roads and footpaths serving the industrial estate shown coloured yellow on the plan annexed and executed as relative hereto ("plan 2"); together also with a right in common in all time coming to the car parking area shown coloured yellow and hatched black on plan 2 together with (one) the fixtures and fittings therein and thereon; (two) the parts, privileges and pertinents thereof and (three) the chargor's whole right title and interest present and future in and to the subjects hereinbefore described.
