(In the first place) all and whole the subjects known as and forming an area of ground at altens lorry park, hareness road, altens industrial estate, aberdeen, AB12 3LE and being the subjects registered in the land register of scotland under title number KNC24432; and (in the second place) the subjects extending to 6.8466 acres or thereby and known as and forming altens lorry park, hareness road, altens industrial estate, aberdeen, AB12 3LE being the subjects forming part and portion of (first) all and whole those two areas of ground extending in toto to 1.910 hectares (or 4.72 acres) or thereby lying generally on the east side of wellington road in the parish of nigg, city of aberdeen and county of kincardine being the areas of ground more particularly described in, disponed by and shown delineated and coloured red on the plan annexed and signed as relative to the disposition by wimgrove developments limited in favour of the city of aberdeen district council dated 23RD october and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines applicable to the county of kincardine on 27 november both months in the year 1978; and (second) all and whole that area or piece of ground extending in total to 8.3 acres or thereby lying generally on the east side of the said wellington road in the said parish of nigg, city of aberdeen and county of kincardine all as more particularly described in, disponed by and shown coloured pink on the plan annexed and executed as relative to the disposition by wimgrove developments limited in favour of the grampian regional council dated 19 june 1981 and recorded in the said division of the general register of sasines on 6 august 1981; which subjects (in the second place) are currently undergoing registration in the land register of scotland under title number KNC24432;.
