All and whole that plot or area of ground known as plots 17 & 18 deans park, dornoch in the highland council area and for the purposes of registration of writs in the county of sutherland extending to 497.55 square metres or thereby, which subjects are shown delineated in red and coloured red on the plan annexed and signed as relative hereto, which area forms part and portion of all and whole that area or piece of ground at deans park dornoch in the county of sutherland more particularly described in and shown for identification purposes delineated black and edged red on the plan annexed and signed as relative to the disposition by dornoch firth construction company limited in favour of pat munro (alness) limited dated seventeenth and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines for the county of sutherland on twenty fifth, both days of march two thousand and five (being the subjects now registered in the land register of scotland under title number STH3650).
