All and whole (in the first place) the subjects at temple lands, balcurvie, windygates, in the county of fife shown delineated and hatched in blue on the plan annexed and executed as relative to the charge including the areas shown shaded in yellow below the hatching on the said plan (plan); and (in the second place) the subjects at temple lands, balcurvie, windygates, in the county of fife shown shaded yellow on the plan; and which subjects form part and portion of all and whole the subjects known as the temple lands, balcurvie, windygates, in the county of fife being the subjects more particularly described in and delineated and edged pink on the plan annexed and subscribed as relative to disposition by the trustees of robert george wardlaw ramsay in favour of william morgan junior dated 22, 24 and 28 march and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines for the county of fife on 5 april both months in the year 1922 but excepting therefrom all and whole that area or piece of ground extending to fifty six decimal or one thousandth parts of an hectare or thereby with the dwellinghouse and other's known as temple cottage, balcurvie, windygates erected thereon all lying in the parish of markinch and county of fife and being the subjects more particularly described in and disponed by and shown coloured pink and outlined in red on the plan annexed and signed as relative to the disposition by george duncan hastie and mrs ann hastie in favour of allan philp dated 6 and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines for the county of fife on 13 both days in february 1995; together with by way of inclusion rather than exception (one) the whole buildings and erections thereon; (two) the fittings and fixtures therein and thereon; (three) the parts, privileges and pertinents thereof; (four) the whole rights common, mutual and exclusive effeiring thereto and (five) the chargor's whole right, title and interest, present and future, therein and thereto.
