Brief description
All and whole (first) that shop and dwellinghouse known as and forming 30 and 32 albert street, kirkwall, orkney together with the office, houses and garden behind same shown outlined in red on the plan annexed to the charge; and (second) a one-half pro indiviso share of the common close shown tinted yellow on the plan annexed to the charge; which subjects (first) and (second) thereby secured are both situated in the counties of orkney and zetland and form part and portion of the subjects more particularly described in and disponed by disposition by the reverend john white slater and mary letitia slater as surviving, accepting and acting trustees of the late charles slater and by mrs margaret ann pairman or white in favour of david shearer foubister dated 1ST, 6TH and 27TH july and recorded in the general register of sasines for the burgh of kirkwall on 6TH august all dates in the year nineteen hundred and twenty.
