All and whole the subjects known as the former schoolhouse, dunskellar, sollas, isle of north uist being the subjects shown hatched orange on the plan annexed and executed as relative hereto; which subjects comprise part and portion of the subjects more particularly described in and disponed by feu charter by the trustees of sir arthur john campbell orde bart in favour of the education authority of the county of inverness, dated seventh and eighth, both days of october and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines for the county of inverness on fifth december, both months of nineteen hundred and twenty nine.
