All and whole the subjects comprising part of the development at the maples, phase C2, ness-side, inverness in the county of inverness (firstly) extending to 0.009HA or thereby all as the said area of ground is shown delineated in red and coloured cream and marked plot “206” on the development plan approved by the keeper for the development registered under title numbers INV13349 and INV46343 on 19TH january 2024 (hereinafter referred to as “the dpa plan”) together with (1) the dwellinghouse known as or to be known as 19 tarff road, inverness, IV2 6FU (previously known as plot 206 phase C2 the maples, ness side, inverness; (secondly) extending to 0.009HA or thereby all as the said area of ground is shown delineated in red and coloured cream and marked plot “207” on the dpa plan together with (1) the dwellinghouse known as or to be known as 21 tarff road, inverness, IV2 6FU (previously known as plot 207, phase C2, the maples, ness side; (thirdly) extending to 0.009HA or thereby all as the said area of ground is shown delineated in red and coloured cream and marked plot “208” on the dpa plan together with (1) the dwellinghouse known as or to be known as 33 tarff road, inverness, IV2 6FU (previously known as plot 208, phase C2, the maples, ness side; (fourthly) extending to 0.008HA or thereby all as the said area of ground is shown delineated in red and coloured cream and marked plot “209” on the dpa plan together with (1) the dwellinghouse known as or to be known as 35 tarff road, inverness, IV2 6FU (previously known as plot 209, phase C2, the maples, ness side ; and (fifthly) extending to 0.010HA or thereby all as the said area of ground is shown delineated in red and coloured cream and marked plot “210” on the dpa plan together with (1) the dwellinghouse known as or to be known as 37 tarff road, inverness, IV2 6FU (previously known as plot 210, phase C2, the maples, ness side; which areas of ground forms part and portion of all and whole the subjects known as and forming the maples, inverness, being the whole subjects registered in the land register of scotland under title number INV46343.
