All and whole the subjects comprising part of the development at the maples, phase C2, ness-side, inverness in the county of inverness (firstly) extending to 0.008HA or thereby all as the said area of ground is delineated in red and coloured pink and marked “204” on plan 1 annexed and executed as relative to the standard security (secondly) extending to 0.008HA or thereby all as the said area of ground is delineated in red and coloured pink and market “205” on plan 2 annexed and executed as relative to the standard security; and (thirdly) extending to 0.021HA or thereby all as the said areas of ground is delineated in red and coloured pink and marked “301” on plan 3 annexed and executed as relative to the standard security; which areas of ground forms part and portion of all and whole the subjects known as and forming the maples, inverness, being the whole subjects registered in the land register of scotland under title number INV46343; together with (one) the dwellinghouses known as or to be known as 25 tarff road, inverness, IV2 6FU (previously known as plot 204, phase C2, the maples, ness-side, inverness), 23 tarff road, inverness, IV2 6FU (previously known as plot 205, phase C2, the maples, ness-side, inverness) and 26 morar street, inverness, IV2 6HA (previously known as plot 301, phase C2, the maples, ness-side, inverness) together with any other buildings or erections thereon;.
