Brief description
All and whole:-. (1) the subjects known as and forming number 1 bracadale, isle of ulva in the county of argyll and being the subjects shown tinted yellow on the plan annexed, denoted “bracadale” and subscribed as relative hereto, together with a one half pro indiviso share in the garden ground shown hatched purple on the said plan;. (2) the subjects known as and forming number 2 bracadale, isle of ulva in the said county and being the subjects shown tinted orange on the plan annexed, denoted “bracadale” and subscribed as relative hereto, together with a one half pro indiviso share in the garden ground shown hatched purple on the said plan;. (3) the subjects known as and forming number 3 bracadale, isle of ulva in the said county and being the subjects shown tinted green on the plan annexed, denoted “bracadale” and subscribed as relative hereto;. (4) the subjects known as and forming the manse, isle of ulva in the said county and being the subjects shown delineated in red and partially coloured yellow on the plan annexed, denoted “manse & byre” and subscribed as relative hereto;. (5) the subjects known as and forming ferry house, isle of ulva in the said county and being the subjects shown delineated in red and partially coloured yellow on the plan annexed, denoted “ferry” and subscribed as relative hereto;. (6) the subjects known as and forming fisherman’s cottage, isle of ulva in the said county and being the subjects shown delineated in red on the plan annexed, denoted “fisherman’s cottage” and subscribed as relative hereto;. In each case, together with:. (I) the whole buildings and other erections thereon;. (Ii) the whole heritable fixtures and fittings therein and thereon;. (Iii) the whole servitudes, rights and others effeiring thereto including without prejudice to the foregoing generality the whole servitude rights set out in deed of conditions by the company dated 4TH september 2021 and registered in the land register of scotland under title number ARG25660 on 8TH september 2021; and. (Iv) the chargor’s whole right, title and interest, therein and thereto;. And which whole subjects form part and portion of the subjects comprising the isle of ulva registered in the land register of scotland under title number ARG25660.
