All and whole the tenant's interest in (one) the lease between rousay, egilsay and wyre development trust and rousay, egilsay and wyre islands renewable energy development limited dated 9TH june 2023 and 11 june 2023 of all and whole the wind turbine site at kingarly, rousay, orkney, extending to three thousand one hundred and ten (3,110) square metres or thereby and being the subjects coloured in pink on the plan annexed and signed as relative to the standard security which said subjects form part and portion of the subjects registered in the land register of scotland under title number OAZ16627, and which lease is undergoing registration in the land register of scotland under title number OAZ19319 and (two) the lease between rousay, egilsay and wyre development trust and rousay, egilsay and wyre islands renewable energy development limited dated 6TH may 2011 and registered in the land register of scotland under title number OAZ8278 as amended by deed of variation between the said rousay, egilsay and wyre development trust and rousay, egilsay and wyre islands renewable energy development limited dated 9TH june 2023 and 11TH june 2023 and undergoing registration in the land register of scotland under title number OAZ8278.
