Brief description
All and whole that plot of ground containing seven hundred and fifty seven square yards or thereby and marked lot number xxiv on a plan prepared by wharrie and colledge, civil engineers and land surveyors in glasgow annexed and subscribed as relative to the feu contract aftermentioned situated in the parishes of govan and renfrew and in that part of the county of lanark which is within the county of the county of the city of glasgow and for the purposes of registration of writs within the county of the barony and regality of glasgow being the plot of ground described in the disposition by mrs lizzie howell clarkson or ritchie in favour of robert peat dalglish (therein designed as of five cowan street, hillhead, glasgow) dated tenth and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines applicable to the county of the barony and regality of glasgow on the eighteenth both days of april nineteen hundred and twenty eight and which plot of ground is part and portion of all and whole that plot or area of ground containing three acres and one hundred and ninety six one thousandth parts of an acre or thereby being part of the lands of jordanhill lying within the said parishes of govan and renfrew and that part of the county of lanark which is within the county of the city of glasgow; together with the whole buildings erected on the subjects above disponed; the whole parts, privileges and pertinents thereof; the fixtures, and fittings in and upon the said subjects so far as belonging to me; free ish and entry thereto and the whole right, title and interest, present and future therein but always with and under inso far as still subsisting and applicable thereto the reservations burdens, conditions, provisions, restrictions, limitations, declarations and others specified and contained in (first) feu contract entered into between mrs susan emma parker smith of jordanhill residing at stokeleigh, weybridge, relict of archibald smith of jordanhill, barrister-at-law, lincoln’s inn, london of the first part and isdale robertson, builder, partick of the second part dated the seventeenth and twenty third both days of october nineteen hundred and two and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines applicable to the county of the barony and regality of glasgow and the county of renfrew for publication and also as in the books of council and session for preservation on the nineteenth day of march nineteen hundred and three and (second) memorandum between the association of deacons of the fourteen incorporated trades of glasgow incorporated by royal charter and the provident association of london limited incorporated under the companies acts eighteen hundred and sixty two to eighteen hundred and eighty three inclusive with consent therein mentioned dated the first and sixth days of september and the eighth and thirteenth days of october and recorded in the said division of the general register of sasines applicable to the county of the barony of regality of glasgow the fourteenth day of october all in the year nineteen hundred and fifteen.
