Brief description
The lease of the property between black hill industrial estate limited and gerald macgregor wishart and colin thomas wishart as partners of and trustees for the firm known sometimes as gerald wishart builders and thereafter as wisharts pre-cast concrete dated 21 and 23 august and recorded in the general register of sasines for the counties of orkney and zetland on 25 september all months in the year 1985 as varied and extended by (I) minute of variation between black hill industrial estate limited and gerald macgregor wishart and colin thomas wishart as partners and trustees foresaid dated 8 and 12 january 1988 and recorded in the said division of the general register of sasines on 2 april 1993, (ii) minute of variation of lease between black hill industrial estate limited and peter ivor morrison and mrs grace adeline morrison, mrs emma creighton rose morrison, william bryden morrison and john james kenneth hunter as the partners of and trustees for the firm of hunter & morrisons dated 20 april and 17 june and recorded in the said division of the general register of sasines on 26 october all in the year 1993. the property. All and whole those subjects known as 10A blackhill industrial estate, lerwick, shetland ZE1 0PZ and ground pertaining thereto all as shown outlined in red on the plan annexed and signed as relative hereto as more particularly described in minute of agreement and lease between black hill industrial estate limited and gerald macgregor wishart and cohn thomas wishart as partners of and trustees for the firm known sometime as gerald wishart builders and thereafter as wisharts precast concrete dated 21 and 23 august and recorded in the general register of sasines for the counties of orkney and zetland on 25 september all months in the year 1985, together with the rights contained therein..
