Brief description
All and whole the site on which the subjects or premises known as unit 6 colvilles place, kelvin industrial estate, east kilbride G75 opz are erected ("the estate") all as the said subjects, including yard space measuring 32 metres in length and 10 metres in depth and extending to 320 square metres, all thereby, are shown delineated in red on the plan annexed and signed as relative hereto and including one half severed vertically of the internal walls separating the subjects from 4 colvilles place on the south south west and 8 colvilles place on the north north east which subjects form part of title numbers LAN143519 and LAN122463, under exception of the buildings' common parts described in deed conditions dated ninth and seventeenth august 2018 and presently in the process of registration in the land register of scotland over title numbers LAN107656, LAN122463 and LAN143519 ("the deed of conditions"); together with (first) a one ninth pro indiviso right of property in common with the other proprietors in the estate to the whole common parts (all as defined in the deed of conditions) (second) the whole fixtures and fittings in and on the subjects and (third) the chargor's whole right, title and interest therein and thereto and all rights common and mutual therein and thereto as specified in the deed of conditions, including within the said subjects all buildings, erections and fixtures and fittings including trade fittings and fixtures (if any) and fixed plant, equipment and machinery for the time being thereon and all improvements and additions thereto (but always excluding tenants' fixtures and fittings, plant, equipment and machinery) and all servitudes and other heritable rights and benefits appurtenant thereto subject to and with the benefit of all leases, subleases, tenancies, agreements for lease, rights, options, title conditions, indemnities, guarantees, warranties and conditions affecting the same but otherwise free from any security interest.
