Brief description
All and whole that plot or area of ground at southfield drive, elgin, moray and comprising (first) all and whole the subjects registered in the land register of scotland for the county of moray under title number MOR2739 and (second) all and whole the subjects shown coloured pink on the plan annexed and executed as relative hereto, which subjects (second) form part and portion of the larger subjects registered in the land register of scotland for the county of moray under title number MOR1682; together with (one) the whole parts, privileges and pertinents thereof; (two) the whole rights whether common, mutual or exclusive pertaining thereto; (three) the chargor’s whole right, title and interest, present and future therein and thereto; (four) the real burdens specified and contained in part iii of the schedule annexed and executed as relative to the disposition by alexander william adam and james gordon adam as partners of and trustees for the firm of aw&jg adam in favour of the chargor dated on or around the date of this standard security (“the schedule”) and (five) the servitudes specified and contained in part ii of the schedule.
