All and whole the subjects known as 8F shore street, campeltown, PA28 6BS being the northeastmoth flatted dwelling house on the top floor of the tenement 6-12 shore street which subjects form part and portion of all and whole the subjects registered in the land register of scotland under title number ARG11240; together with (one) free ish and entry to the subjects by the common passage and stair, (two) a joint right with the proprietors of the remainder of the properties comprising in and to (a) the solum on which tenement is erected, (b) the roof and chimney heads (but not chimney cans), main walls, rain, soil and water pipes and all items common and mutual to the tenement, (three), the chargor's whole right, title and interest, present and future in and to the property hereby secured.
