All and whole the subjects known as and forming 54C longrow, campeltown, PA28 6DD being the south east most flatted dwellinghouse situated on the third floor of the common close 54 longrow of the tenement 52, 54, 56 and 58 longrow which subjects form part and portion of the subjects registered in the land register of scotland under title number ARG11246; together with (one) a joint right in common with the proprietors of tenements 52, 54, 56 and 58 longrow edged brown on the title plan relative to title number ARG11246 ("plan") in and to (a) the solum on which the tenements are erected, (b) the drying green tinted yellow on the plan for the purposes of drying clothes only (c), the common close and adjacent back court title blue on the plan (d) the wash-house and out-houses situated to the rear of the tenement at 52 and 54 longrow, and (e) the walls, roof and chimney heads (excluding chimney cans), drains, rain and soil and water pipes, gas pipes, rhones, conductors, common cisterns, electric mains, cables, wires and all others so far as used in common (two) the chargor's who right, title and interest present and future in and to the property hereby secured.
