Being all and whole. (In the first place) that flatted dwellinghouse known as and forming 8A elizabethan way, renfrew, PA4 0LX being the southeastmost flatted dwellinghouse on the ground floor of the tenement of six flatted dwellinghouses known as and forming eight elizabethan way, renfrew, PA4 olx (which block of six flatted dwellinghouses is hereinafter referred to as "the building") the solum of which building is shown outlined black and shaded brown on the plan annexed and executed as relative thereto; (in the second place) the area of garden ground pertaining exclusively thereto shown shaded red on the said plan; (in the third place) a right of property in common with the remaining proprietors in the building in and to the footpaths, stariways, paved areas all shown shaded blue on the said plan; and (in the fourth place) a right of property in common with the proprietors if the southwestmost flatted dwellinghouses on the first and second floors of the building known as eight c and eight e elizabethan way, renfrew in and to the drying area shown shaded green on the said plan; (which subjects are hereinafter referred to as the "subjects"); which subjects form part of all and whole the subjects registered in the land register of scotland under title number REN1349; together with (one) a right in common along with the proprietors of the other houses in the building to the solum on which the building is erected, the backcourt belonging exclusively to the building, if any, and to the washhouse and ash bin shelters erected thereon, if any, the common close and stairways, if any, within the building, the back green, if any, which shall be used exclusively as a drying and bleaching green and for no other purposes whatever, the roof, chimney stacks and heads (excluding chimney pots), gables and external and internal walls in the building so far as common to the subjects and the remaining houses in the building, the vents, cisterns, gutters, rhones, rain conductors, drains, soil, gas, water and ventilating pipes, electric mains and cables, joists and all other common parts (all hnereinafter referred to as the "common property"), (two) the right to use, clean, maintain and if desired replace (all at the expense of the proprietor of the subjects) the existing chimney pots and any vents, cisterns, tanks, rhones, gutters, conductors, drains, pipes, main cables, joists and others which serve only the subjects; (three) free ish and entry from and to the subjects, (four) the parts, privileges and pertinents of the subjects and (five) the council's whole right, title and interest present and future in the subjects;.
