All and whole the subjects known as 4E wiston place, dundee, DD2 3JR comprising the westmost dwellinghouse on the second floor of the tenement, 4 wiston place, dundee which subjects are more particularly described in and disponed by disposition by dundee city council in our favour dated 9 march 1998 and recorded in the division of general register of sasines for the county of angus (formerly forfar) on 29 april 1998 together with by way of conveyance (one) the plot or area of ground lying in the said city of dundee and county of angus shown coloured purple on the plan annexed and executed as relative to the said disposition; (two) the whole rights of property, joint, mutual and exclusive pertaining to the said subjects all as described in the said disposition; (three) the fittings and fixtures therein and thereon; (four) the parts, privileges and pertinents thereof, and (five) our whole right, title and interest, present and future, therein and thereto.
