Brief description
Farm known as south bellsdyke farm, bothkennar, falkirk, FK2 8PG being the northmost area of ground shown coloured pink on the plan annexed and executed as. Relative hereto comprising (in the first place) all and whole those subjects more particularly described in a disposition by allan wilson (bellsdyke) limited in favour of allan steel wilson and mrs jean elizabeth wilson dated 27TH april and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines for the county of stirling on 28TH may, both in the year 1971; (in the second place) all and whole that piece of ground in the parish of airth and said county being the piece of ground more particularly described in and shown delineated and hatched in pink on the plan annexed and executed as relative to disposition by carron company in favour of adam carruthers recorded 24TH september 1956; and (in the third place) all and whole those subjects lying west of the A905 at south bellsdyke farm, bothkennar, falkirk formerly registered in the land register of scotland under title number STG79940; which subjects (in the first place), (in the second place) and (in the third place) form part and portion of all and whole the subjects now undergoing registration under title number STG79940.
