Brief description
All and whole those subjects forming part of the auchincruive estate, by ayr shown coloured pink on the plan marked 'plan 1' annexed and signed as relative to this standard security, which subjects hereby secured form part and portion of all and whole (first) all and whole the subjects described in the first place and in the second place and disponed by and shown delineated and coloured red and yellow, respectively, on the plan annexed and subscribed as relative to the disposition by john miller hannah with consent of the right honourable sir archibald henry macdonald sinclair as secretary of state for scotland in favour of the west of scotland agricultural college dated 19 september 1931 and 1 october 1931 and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines for the county of ayr on 23 march 1932 and (second) all and whole that area of ground part of the lands and barony of auchincruive situated in the parish of ayr and county of ayr, being the subjects more particularly described in the first place and disponed by and shown delineated and coloured red and marked number one on the plan annexed and subscribed as relative to the disposition by major julian oswald in favour of the west of scotland agricultural college dated 12 and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines for the county of ayr on 21 both dates in may 1931 (the "larger subjects") under exception of the water pipe with a diameter ranging between approximately 2-4 inches or thereby running along the route shown by a red line the plan marked 'plan 2' annexed and signed as relative to this standard security and located within the larger subjects in so far as it forms part of the subjects hereby secured.
