Brief description
(In the first place) all and whole that lot or area of ground at janetstown lying within the burgh and parish of wick and county of caithness extending to three hundred and fifty decimal or one thousandth parts of an acre or thereby being the subjects particularly described in and coloured pink on the plan annexed and subscribed as relative to the disposition by the provost, magistrates and councillors of the royal burgh of wick in favour of george lyall sutherland and mrs joan gilbert sutherland dated 15 april and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines applicable to the county of caithness on 09 june both in the year 1975; (in the second place) all and whole that area or piece of ground at janetstown, foresaid in the said burgh, parish and county extending to twenty seven decimal or one hundredth parts of an acre or thereby situated on the east side of gowrie place, wick and being the subjects particularly described in and coloured pink on the plan annexed and executed as relative to the disposition by the provosts, magistrates and councillors of the royal burgh of wick in favour of the secretary of state for scotland dated 03 december 1973 and recorded in the said division of the general register of sasines on 22 january 1974; and (in the third place) all and whole a one fourth pro indiviso share of all and whole that lot or area of ground at janetstown, foresaid in the said burgh, parish and country being the subjects particularly described in and delineated in red on the plan annexed and subscribed as relative to the disposition by the provost, magistrates and councillors of the royal burgh of wick in favour of george lyall sutherland and others dated 05 and recorded in the said division of the general register of sasines on 19 may nineteen hundred and seventy five; which subjects (in the first place) and (in the second place) are shown tinted pink on the plan annexed and executed as relative to the standard security and which subjects (in the third place) are shown tinted blue on the plan annexed and executed as relative to the standard security.
