Brief description
All and whole the property together with the block common parts, the alma place common parts and the rights which subjects form part and portion of all and whole those subjects registered in the land register of scotland under title number PTH5013. Where. “Alma place common parts” shall mean a right in common with the other alma place properties to (a) the mutual access and parking area tinted yellow on the title plan and (b) that part of the communal drying area tinted green on the title plan .. “alma place properties” shall mean the block, 1A alma place, crieff PH7 3JG, 1B alma place, crieff PH7 3JG, 1C alma place, crieff PH7 3JG, 2 alma place, crieff PH7 3JG, 3 alma place, crieff PH7 3JG and 4 alma place, crieff PH7 3JG all as edged red on the title plan.. “Block common parts” shall mean a right in common with the proprietors of the block (and where appropriate with other proprietors of all or some of the alma place properties) to (a) that area or piece of ground tinted blue on the title plan and the fences, walls and others erected around the same (b) the solum of the block (c) the foundations, gables, internal and external walls (d) the gutters, rhones, downpipes, common drains, soil and rainwater pipes, tanks, cisterns, conductors, electricity mains, cables, pipes and wires and (e) that area edged in green on the title plan (f) that area edged in brown on the title plan (g) that area tinted red on the title plan and (h) all other parts and services common and mutual to the block.. “Block” shall mean those subjects 5 alma place, crieff PH7 3JG, 6 alma place, crieff PH7 3JG, 7 alma place, crieff PH7 3JG and 8 alma place, crieff PH7 3JG situated within the building edged blue on the title plan.. “Flats” shall mean those subjects 6 alma place, crieff PH7 3JG, 7 alma place, crieff PH7 3JG and 8 alma place, crieff PH7 3JG part of the block.. “Property” shall mean that flatted dwellinghouse known as and forming 5 alma place, crieff PH7 3JG being the eastmost house on ground and first floor of the block entering to and from that area or piece of ground tinted blue on the title plan.. “Rights” a right of access over the block for the purposes of maintaining, repairing and where necessary renewing the property, the flat common parts and the block common parts subject always to restoration of all damage occasioned thereby.. “Title plan” shall mean the title plan pertaining to PTH5013.
