Brief description
All and whole the subjects at laoghras, broadford, isle of skye in the county of inverness as shown shaded pink on the plan annexed and signed as relative hereto and which subjects form part and portion of all and whole that area of ground extending to 0.4 acres or thereby at broadford, isle of skye in the said county and being the subjects more particularly described in, disponed by and delineated within the black border lines and edged pink on the plan and the location plan annexed and subscribed as relative to the disposition by avalon marine inc in favour of magnus gunnarsson dated 22ND november and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines for the county of inverness on 1ST december both months in 1988; together with (one) the dwellinghouse known as laoghras, broadford, isle of skye, IV49 9AA and all other buildings and erections on the subjects hereby secured, (two) the fittings and fixtures therein and thereon; (three) a heritable and irredeemable servitude right of vehicular and pedestrian access over the access roadway shown green on the plan and the location plan annexed and signed as relative to the said disposition by avalon marine inc in favour of magnus gunnarsson dated and recorded as aforesaid and which access roadway is also shown shaded yellow on the plan annexed and signed as relative hereto, (four) the heritable and irredeemable servitude rights in respect of drainage, water, electricity and telephone services all as more particularly specified in the said disposition by avalon marine inc in favour of magnus gunnarsson, (five) the parts, privileges and pertinents pertaining thereto; and (six) the borrower’s whole right, title and interest, present and future, therein and thereto;.
