Brief description
(In the first place) that plot or area of land shown coloured blue on the plan annexed and executed as relative hereto (hereinafter referred to as “the plan”) being part of the subjects disponed in the disposition by the trustees of the late william jeffrey in favour of the education authority of the burgh of glasgow recorded in the division of the general register of sasines applicable to the county of the barony and regality of glasgow on sixth june nineteen hundred and thirty; (in the second place) that plot or area of land coloured pink on the said plan being part of the subjects disponed in the disposition by mrs eliza ross macnaughtan or jeffrey in favour of the corporation of the city of glasgow recorded in the said division of the general register of sasines applicable to the county of the barony and regality of glasgow on seventeenth may nineteen hundred and thirty eight and (in the third place) those two plots or area of ground coloured green on the said plan forming part of the subjects disponed in the contract of excambion among the corporation of the city of glasgow, trustees of the deceased robert macnair wilson and mrs eliza ross macnaughtan or jeffrey recorded in the said division of the general register of sasines applicable to the county of the barony and regality of glasgow on eighth january nineteen hundred and twelve.
