All and whole (first) that shop at number 50 union street and corner of whitehall crescent in the burgh of dundee and county of angus with the cellar below the same which shop and cellar are now known as 21 whitehall crescent dundee and which subjects form part and portion of all and whole lot seventh of certain subjects sometime belonging to the town of dundee being the subjects more particularly described in the notarial instrument in favour of mrs jane mackenzie or thomson and others as trustees thereinmentioned recorded in the register of sasines et cetera for the burgh of dundee on 5TH february 1896 and (second) all and whole the entire first floor (comprising or previously comprising an old office suite) above the ground floor of (one) the tenement comprising number 48 union street, dundee, which subjects are part and portion of (primo) all and whole the subjects in the former burgh of dundee and county of angus described second in disposition by william thoms as trustee thereinmentioned with consents thereinmentioned in favour of james thomson and another dated 27TH and 29TH and recorded in the general register of sasines etc. kept for the burgh of dundee on 30TH june 1866 and (secondo) all and whole that piece of ground at the foot of couttie's wynd being the subjects particularly described in notarial instrument in favour of mrs jane mackenzie or thomson and others as trustees thereinmentioned recorded in the said burgh register of sasines on 5TH february 1896, under exception of (1) the subjects registered in the land register of scotland under title number ANG79540, (2) the subjects registered in the land register of scotland under title number ANG31418 and (3) the subjects registered in the land register under title number ANG30877.
